WJ with front wheel click

Replaced the front driver and passenger side CV assembly's from the diff out. Also replaced wheel bearing/hub on both sides at the same time. When I turn towards the passenger side at a slow rate of speed 15-20mph I get a clicking noise. Any ideas on the issue?

Re: WJ with front wheel click

Welcome to the garage.
You did use new axle shafts? (so we could discard a CV joint as the problem)?
Did you have a look if there is anything loose or something that could hit the wheel or tire when making a turn?
Is your jeep Quadra drive and did you had to add fluid to the differential after the axles change?

Brand new cv assembly's and wheel/hub bearings on both sides up front. It's Quadra Drive, DID NOT change any fluids yet. Only think that rubs is the tires/wheels of a 2010 Wrangler Sport I added. Noise started after I replaced the driver side lower control arm. I have since ordered passenger side lower control arm to replace also

Re: WJ with front wheel click

But is it a clicking noise you have, or a rubbing noise?

A clicking noise. I checked the size of both new shaft assembly's with the old one when I pulled them out so that isn't it.

Re: WJ with front wheel click

Is the clicking noise wheel speed related, or does it come from the suspension? If its wheel speed related, you could try to reproduce the clicking noise by jacking up the jeep, put the steering wheel to the right and turn the wheels by hand.
