95 ZJ Wont turn over- Security Issue?

Hey guys
Jeeps not turning over and making an odd rattling noise. See video. I am thinking this could be security related? I split and grounded the purple wire with yellow strip to disable alarm but still not able to get to start? I've tried resetting by pulling the plug off of the battery terminal, using key in both the driver, passenger and hatch to disarm but still. Could this be the security relay stopping me from starting? Or is this just my alternator or starter?

Any thoughts?

My guess is the alarm, where the standards for install of most aftermarket alarm/security systems are atrocious.

Do you get a click when you turn the key to start, or nothing?

If you can, I strongly suggest completely removing the alarm and wiring your regular ignition circuit back to factory standard.

But, if you are getting click/noise, you might have a starter or solenoid going bad.
Not uncommon, the starters are readily available and not that hard to change out.
