VIC= Vehicle Information Center. It's the display that is under the heater controls that displays the time and date and has the pic of the jeep on it.

Just took a quick look. Temp gauge works so what sensor is bad? Any ideas? Thanks guys.
The coolant sensor it is referring to is the one in the overflow bottle. It's a common problem with these Jeeps. Comes and goes, really not that big of a deal.

Now, to explain what the other sensors are for. The sensor near the thermostat housing is the sender for the gauge. The one in the upper hose activates "low" speed on the fan when it reaches a preset temperature. Similarly, the sensor in the lower hose activates the "high" speed on the fan when it reaches its preset temperature. Interestingly enough, the sensors are the exact same, and these turn on temperatures are the same. The lower hose should always be cooler than the upper hose though, which is how the system works.

Also, your electric fan will kick on anytime the A/C is engaged.
