Re: A little wheeling...

Thanks. I like the TSi. However, it doesn't say TSi on the sides anymore because the PO switched the lettering to STi. I put it back but they never really sat right. I pulled them off before I lost them. I've been meaning to figure out a good glue to make them stick again, but I'm not too worried about it. The purple stripe came off right after I got it. I didn't like that at all. I also swapped the TSi highlander leather for manual cloth. I'm not a fan of leather at all. I guess all that's left are the wheels, the steering wheel radio controls, the body colored grille, the "body colored" cladding, and the dark faux wood for the interior. My ZJ is pretty much one of a kind the way it's sitting now.

Re: A little wheeling...

Haha, that's the look I was going for. Well, either that or angry. Either one works for me though. lol. I had people tell me that it would affect the light output, but they don't. I made them high enough to allow pretty much all the light through. I also bought new TYC lights to tint. I'm sure if I did that to factory lights, I'd be saying something different. I'm comparing the output of these to yellowed factory lights; it's definitely an upgrade from what I had and I think it looks better.

Re: A little wheeling...

Thanks. The TSi had a body colored grille rather than chrome, body colored plastic cladding rather than gray (it's still a rough texture), special leather (mine is now cloth because I pretty much despise leather), a VIC, steering wheel controls for the radio, one off TSi wheels (the ones in my pics), purple TSi badging on the doors (mine's gone because of the PO making it say "STi" rather than "TSi"), an awesome purple pinstripe on the cladding (mine was so awesome that it's gone), and I think that's it. It was only available in 3 colors: black, white, and some pewter color, IIRC. Oh, the TSi also got the darker colored "wood" on the interior (dash and door panels) before the 5.9. I guess it's something the 5.9 borrowed from the TSi.
