Anyone who gets a ABS brake lamp coming on and gets a scan code indicating the ABS electronic module is faulty might save themselves a lot of money by removing it themselves rather than accepting any (expensive) quotes at face value. I was quoted $AU2995 for a new unit and installation. After researching it a bit I discovered that by undoing the four 4mm torx screws and unplugging the unit I only had to send it away for a $350 revamp, reinstall it and Voila' all working again with a "saving" of $AU2650 ! ! So DON'T get ripped off, do your research using multiple sources and sus things out as there is always a better, cheaper way. :D
