Accident help

Ok so I was in a accident a couple days ago another driver ran the light smashing into my vehicle. It's a 1996 Jeep Grand Cherokee limited it had a 4 1/2 inch lift 31 tires 15 rims . Well I know it's a shot in the dark but I'm trying to find my jeep on a lot somewhere to prove it's worth more than $1000 ... like what am I going to do with that lol I can't buy what I had with that. So if anyone so happens to see one on a lot please contact me with the information. I appreciate any help 3144093937

Re: Accident help

Good luck, that is about the lower end of trade in value.

Actual value, the older ones, particularly the 4.0's seem to be slowly climbing in price.

Any friendly dealers in your area you are on good terms with?

It doesn't take much on the old ZJs unfortunately for insurance companies to want to total them out...

Wholesale is about $1K to maybe 1500. You can't typically buy a good one for anywhere near that, but thats life.

Can you make a deal with your insurance company where you get some money from them but take on the repair bills and avoid a totalled out title?

Idk yet but if were to buy it back it would cost way over that to fix I doubt they would pay repairs.
