my jeep 5.9

hi guys

i'm new to this site but not to jeep and my English lang not so good .....
i bought a jeep 1998 5.9 with 180000km on it it looks great runs smooth but when i turn a full steering feels like something holding the car from moving i have to give a little gas to push it on which makes one of the wheels spin . i took off the front shaft now runs OK but still feels a little like before
one of my friends got 5.2 had such an issue he changed t-case now his jeep runs great . should i do the same? any help will be highly appreciated

Re: my jeep 5.9

In my old 5.2 it was the CV joint.
Here's a video that shows how to replace.

Re: my jeep 5.9

Nice vid and I was thinking to my self this could be my issue but as I mentioned I removed the front shaft and usually when front shaft is out you can't feel cv issue but mine still feels like something holding the car in another words when you shift to D and full steering and your foot is off break the car will start moving but mine still needs a little throttle to move on some says t-case must be replaced and some says the rear axle discs must be changed . Now I'm stuck with this and I need an advice to start
Thanks body for your help I appreciate it.
