Need control arm info

So I bought a 98 ZJ 5.9 limited, the previous owner did a front to rear swap and threw in some RE front coils. Thats all fine but he kept front lower arms stock but made some longer front uppers. He made longer rear lowers but kept rear uppers stock. Now front axle is pushed forward, the coil spring doesnt even compress in a straight line and its basically rubbing the sway bar. The rear axle is pushed back too and he trimmed the gas tank skid plate so differential wouldnt hit it but that coil doesnt compress straight either. I want to just put stock length control arms back on untill I save up for after market arms.

WHY did he do this? I dont understand changing control arm lengths on just 2 of the 4 arms at each axle??

Re: Need control arm info

Ok so yesterday I bought stock front upper control arms but when I went to install them I could not twist the axle back far enough to bolt in the axle side because the shock mounting plate was hitting the lower control arms! Ive read some guys trim off that plate so the LCA doesnt hit it and they get better flex but Jeep is just sitting on garage floor, not flexed out. Imagine how bad it would hit if It WAS trying to droop and flex. I put the longer UCA's back on. I guess I need some Longer LCA's
