Some leaks

Alright, so after the fix of the MAP sensor, i also had a full inspection run. The guy told me a couple of things. Looks like i need a new front pump, torque converter seal, front diff seal, power steering cooler hose. I can see that front diff seal and power steering cooler house are relatively straight forward. Any suggestions on the first 2? I looked on the internet and it looks like they are a pain to do and I have to drop the tranny. What are they and what is the easiest way to replase them if any? Car still runs fine and doesnt seem to have a major problem
