Re: Grand Cherokee CRD performance thread

So true. It takes abit for guys to respond to this thread. I would like the inmotion tune myself, but can't justify the price to the wife.

The best justification is if u plan on havin the truck forawhile the added mileage will eventually pay for the tune

Re: Grand Cherokee CRD performance thread

Oh I plan on having it for sometime but I would want to hear from some guys who have had it done and what they feel about it, and if it would be better to also buy the little computer they have for sale so I can do changes when ever I want and put custom tunes etc when ever I want. Plus it clears CEL etc

Re: Grand Cherokee CRD performance thread

I can't recall hearing of anyone with the handheld tuner, best to call InMotion directly with your questions.

Re: Grand Cherokee CRD performance thread

TurboDiesel

If you will let me know when you go with a tune. I am also looking for one myself. I will be gutting the tubo resonator in 9000km and will also be looking at a DPF delete before the tune. I am worried that if the DPF is not deleted and a tune is installed the exshaust temp could get way too high. Does anyone have an issue like that?

also seeing as u are from Alberta there is a guy on Jeep forum with the GDE tune and has the hand held programmer which would be a great help for u...lucky
