I know we have discussed how an aftermarket exhaust For the Jeep WK Diesel has little to no gain. Magnaflow is making a DPF back 3 1/2" mandrel bent tubing with a muffler. So my question is MBRP makes a DPF back *3" Tubing with no muffler. So bigger tubing with muffler or smaller tubing without muffler? Any thoughts? *
Neither, but if I was forced to choose I would go with the 3" with no muffler = less weight and better flow.
I used to run a 3.5" straight pipe on my 6.0 F250 making 400 rwhp on a race tune. So 3.0 with a 3.5" exhaust and muffler no where near that hp level is way overkill.
When you do go for emissions testing, they will look at your jeep, see it's a non commercial truck and sign off your ticket. For my exhaust system I didn't touch any of that crap. My system is from the DPF filter back
