scanner Autoenginuity

Does anyone know if the Autoenginuity scanner will clear codes to take my grand cherokee out of permenant limb mode, when other cheaper scanners are losing communication the the TCM?
I have a 2007 WH CRD 3 ltr. It has gone into permenant limb mode with about 8 trouble codes.
I have replaced the battery, tested bad. Taken LED reverse lights out and put original back in.
Replaced the transfer case motor code c140A.
After repairing three of the faults I think its time to clear all codes and see what ones come back now.
Any advise?

Re: scanner Autoenginuity

Yes, it will clear all trouble codes with the CRD. I have it and works. The codes will come back if the problem isn't fixed. My transmission went into limp mode, I fixed the problem and cleared codes = all good.
