thanks bro!!! if you're doing it by hand i'd def go with meguiar's ultimate compound, swirl-x or go with 105 and 205 as you can use them with a foam applicator pad.

i will get in touch with nate

Re: BPOD Detail 1 step correction

Well I know my paint needs some major loving in a few areas. The previous owner of this one took even less care of the paint than the last one I had Plus thae factory paint sucks as it is anyways. So I am hoping to smooth it out with the claybar then attack the swirls with the swirl-x and see what I am left with after that

Just make sure you're using a decent applicator pad (get a few) you should see some decent results. I'd see if they make some sort of heavy cut pad.

Re: BPOD Detail 1 step correction

def get some meguiar's foam applicator pads! i got like 12 of them and they are awesome and can be washed and reused!

you don't want to use 1 applicator pad on the whole truck as the junk that comes off will stick to the foam pad so you will need to switch or clean them
