Cleaning black Altitude rims...

I just got a '15 JGC Altitude 2 1/2 weeks ago. I was giving it its first car wash, I never had painted rims before so I confirmed in the owners manual to only use soap and water.

As I was washing I notice that there was specs on the rims that where near the tire. I figured this was just left over tire shine from when I pick up the Jeep. I was and dried and the the specs where still there. It most spots the rim is still smooth but the wax looks to be cloudy, and there are a few spot where it is cloudy and the wax feels slight rough. Any ideas how I can clean/fix this or if I should just take back to dealership and let them figure it out?

I appreciate any help and ideas!

You could try a da polisher. Since its new, I would let the dealer worry about it. If they can't fix it, ya should get new rims

Do you have photos of what you are trying to describe? That would be very beneficial
