Dash material

I have a 2012 Overland with leather seats. It has the stitching on the dash. Is that leather too and what should I use to clean it?

Any water based cleaner and conditioner, no oils and/or waxes contained in it. They are surprisingly hard to find.

I use Leather Master cleaner and conditioner. No smell, looks/feels incredible after application.
