Help with cloth seats in 07 wk

OK need help here I have cloth grey seats in my 07 Wk
i have shampooed them 2-3 times and they come out looking great. the last time I cleaned them I used a 3m cleaner that's sapposed to leave a 3m protectant behind,

looked great for 2 weeks but you get on drop of water on the fabric and get a dark grey circle stain , does anyone have any idea how to keep them clean and not getting stained with evry drop or water ?? if not who has a good seat cover option for me i want them to look like the actually fit if i get some

The 303 High Tech Fabric Guard has always worked good for me. I just spray it on once a month and you're done, repels moisture and stains. It has a nice pleasant scent and nothing could be easier to work with.

I just shampoo mine periodically until I swap in SRT seats.

I had that problem when I had my Liberty. Mopar seat material is horrible. I use a product called Fibre-Pro from this detailing supply company called Detail King. It works really well.
