It really depends on what you're looking to do. If you need to do paint correction, and its in your budget, I personally think a polisher is worth it. Doing all that by hand is gonna be a beast. The cyclo is up there in price, but its a nice rig for sure, same with the flex. A cheaper but definitely still good option is the Porter Cable 7424xp; It can be found for around $120 online. Then Harbor Freight sells a cheaper one too I believe. Just make sure you pick up a dual action polisher, not a rotary. There are a ton of products to pick from too. I would suggest looking at a detailing forum for more insight. Personally I like the vibe at Adams forums, and they have a ton of great videos as well. They make some killer products as well. Just be careful, it can be addicting haha. Lastly, if you really want some long, in-depth video series, search for the junkman on youtube. Good luck!
