I used the same with no issue...then I followed up with their butter wet wax to finish it off...it is amazing. I have never gotten spots. I usually do 2-3 sprays and then rub around with a microfiber until dry.

I do have a big spray bottle of Adam's quick detailer...smells like bazooka joe and works great.

Eagle one wipe and shine great stuff easy on and off and super slick feel on paint. Cost 5.99 at auto part stores.

Re: Quick Detailer?

i've used a wide variety of QD's, meguires ultimate, blackfire, just placed an order tonight for the Adam's one so hopfully it will live up to the expectations I have for it.... To date blackfire is my favorite.

Adam's QD is very good! I ended up buying it and it works great. I will be ordering another bottle soon

Re: Quick Detailer?

I liked Chem Guys V7 on chrome and windows, Dodo juice Red Mist Tropical made black look amazing, but overall didn't think it was worth it...can't put it over fresh wax, if the hood was warm it would streak or too cool it didn't want to buff off, I liked Blackfire Poly Spray overall the best for results, and it lasts pretty long comparatively. Playing with QD ratios for Gtechniq C2V3 now...you can dilute it down to 1:3 and spray on wet paint as you dry, I use it 50/50 on my everyday truck that's outside 24/7, works great.

You need to let the Blacklight bond on the car for at least 20 minutes. Then once you take it off you need to wait 30 minutes for it cure. Then you can use V7. Also spray the V7 on a microfiber and not directly on the car. V7 is great stuff just not good in direct sunlight.

I actually use Lucas Oil Speed Wax. It can be used in direct sunlight and leaves a super slick surface. You can also buy it at walmart.

I have never used Adams products.
