Just finished applying gtechnic c1 crystal lacquer. I can not believe this stuff!! Simply amazing and after years of
Detailing I'm still astonished how it looks and stays clean.

Re: Reflection shots...have one? add here

A few shots from my pre-winter detail consisting of Chemical Guys citrus wash followed by clay bar, Meguiars 105, Menzerna 4500, Black Fire Wet Diamond and Collinite 845 insulator wax. Turned out pretty well I think for my second detail ever.

Re: Reflection shots...have one? add here

Little detail I did for a friend this weekend. Pics don't do it justice of how swirled it was when I started so I didn't put them in, and then I started losing light at the end of the day for after polish pics. 2yrs old, 67k miles and looked like it was washed with a dirty brillo pad. When done, she thought I just bought her a new car...the inside matched the outside before/after. I don't know how people can drive around in filth, with sticky sh&t on the shifter and wheel, and just plain dirty.
1. Dawn wash car, dawn/simple green mix then purple degreaser on tires w/ scotchbrite(the brown crap didn't want to come off)
2. Iron-X entire car...paint/glass/trim/wheels
3. Maintanence soap wash
4. Clay, paint/glass
5. Polish paint/glass
6. IPA wipedown
7. Chemical Guys E-Z Creme Glaze
8. Esoteric Signature Series Wax/Sealer...Blackfire Wet Diamond-Roof
9. Detailers Pro Glass Coating for Glass
10. Gtechniq C2V3 Rims/door edges/upper plastic trim
11. Gtechniq T1 tires/lower body trim

Re: Reflection shots...have one? add here

Thanks,I like making "bead shots". I love Esoteric Wax, pricey but a little goes a looong way, a couple M&M size drops probably did the whole car by hand(once the pad is primed), except the roof, and it was made to bond to 22PLE glass coatings....Blackfire was my preferred sealant before this. ESS's depth/clarity/slickness/gloss are awesome, it makes silver POP(only Blackfire has done that, that I have used), and I had good longevity, approx 4-5 months and beading feel off but still sheeting.
Now I'm using glass coatings like Gtechniq Exo V2 and 22PLE, they bead like the picture for "up to" 2 years. It's been about 5 months, and I can't hardly get the car wet when I wash them.
