Joey, I've used Adams polishes/waxes for awhile now and would say to treat your wheels like you treat the paint on your GC for sure. My previous vehicle I had my wheels powder-coated chrome and my twice a year routine was before winter & then early spring, this way.... wash them, dry them good, then I used the clay bar, then polished & then buttery wax. The chrome shine was bright.... thinking of doing same for the black "altitude" wheels to keep that new shine.

I just received in the mail a bottle of Meguiars Black Wax. I was gonna try it out on the wheels. Supposedly its designed for black cars and works on any painted surface, including black wheels.

Thanks antsjeep. I didn't know Meguiars made Black Wax. I just checked and it's available locally, so I'll try it out on my Black Altitude as well as the wheels this weekend. I do like Meguiars. I use Gold Class Car Wash on everything including the wheels.

How did the test of using Maguiar's Black Wax go on the wheels? Has anyone else tried it on the wheels?
