'03 Rubicon tranny problems

I was replacing the lines on my 42RLE auto trans. I cut out the old lines out and made new ones. My question is the tranny lines come out of the drivers side of the tranny...one upper and forward and one lower and back in orientation. Am I correct that the upper/fwd one goes to the drivers side cooler port and the lower/bkwd line goes to the passenger side cooler port? Thanks to anyone who can confirm (or correct) me
