Re: 10AE Spring Questions
Question 1: Did the 10th Anniversary Rubicon Unlimited have unique front and rear springs?
Yes, the numbers were specific to the 10A, although soft top and 2 door Jeeps occasionally got Rubicon springs instead.
Question 2: If yes, are they stronger than the 19/61 combination that currently seems to be the strongest offered on any other Wrangler?
Possibly. I swapped out my 18/59 springs for 10A springs and got about 1" in front and 1.5" in rear - however, the 10A springs do settle, so now I'm down some again. They should still be at least one step up from 19/61 though if not a bit more.
Question 3: If yes, can someone kindly post the complete Mopar Part Numbers for the 10AE front and rear springs?
The ones I bought were from a hard top with tow package, these -
68196006AA - front
68196009AA - rear
These were under on a 4 door soft top 10A
68196005AA - front
68024461AA - rear
