Discovered new color references on Paint Ref in the link below. Look at the area called: "Jeep paint collections" towards the top below the ad. If you click on the Yellow, Blue, or Orange tags, you can scroll down the various years (kind of fun to do) to 2014. Now, be forewarned all the colors in the yellow, blue, and orange seem only fair (not real good) representations of the actual in-the-metal colors. The comparison of the hues and darkness levels of the different colors gives some insights though.
2014 Amped (YC) seems a little lighter than Detonator Yellow (YB) and Dozer (Y5). Some have wondered if Amped (also Amp'd) is similar to Inca Gold (Y6, YJ) of model year's 2002-04. If you click "look up" to the right of the color, you may find an actual Wrangler or other Jeep in that color.
2014 Hydro Blue (BJ): no color is shown but if you scroll up to 2006, you'll see Atlantic Blue was also designated "BJ" so there is a good chance Hydro Blue is the same as Atlantic Blue.
2014 Copperhead (LB): scroll up to 2012 to see a rendition, or actual picture, of the Wrangler in Copper(head) (again LB).
Good luck to all of you with your existing Jeeps and new ones that are on the horizon. They are all great looking/cool vehicles that allow us to have fun. It'll be sad to leave my 2004 Rubicon for a 2014. Every time I see my Rubi, I love the way it looks.
p.s. In the upper left hand corner of this link, you can click "Custon Chip Sheet for 2014 Chrysler Jeep. Amped (formerly called Bright Amber) appears to look butterscotch.
