2015 Hard Rock and Connectivity Group

I want to order a new JKURHR this week and am looking for some clarification. The Jeep.com website allows me to configure a Connectivity Group option ($170). Other build sites (such as Truecar) don't show that as an option. The first dealer I asked about this appears confused.

Is this a real option for the Hard Rock or is that complete set of features already included in the Hard Rock option package?

I'd get the order guide from Milous and use that. Jeep.com said you can get the 430 with a Rubicon, but really only the 430N. When I looked over the order guide, sure enough the 430 wasn't an option.

I got back to the computer with the order guide on it, and the Connectivity Group shows up as part of the package.

True, but its been reported that at least one Hard Rock has just been delivered without the Connectivity Group.

And several "build" sites, including Jeep.com, and the Dealer Connect Portal too, show it as now being an option.

What's the date on that Ordering Guide you looked at?

Im sure your right but I am stumped as to why they would not automatically add it. I went downstairs and looked at my window sticker it showed the connectivity group as a standard equipment item

This one is 3/10/2015. I'll ask for the latest and check it, my bro is thinking about a JK so I'll need it.

I think the latest is 4/6/15, if that helps.

Yep, 4/6/2015. It says Connectivity Group (AAJ) is part of the Hard Rock Package on both the JK and JKU.

Can you verify that 2 items specifically are called out? "Tire Pressure Monitoring Display" and "Electronic Vehicle Information Center"? Those are the only 2 in this reduced Connectivity Group.

Thanks!

It just says that the connectivity group is part of the package, it doesn't break down what is included, but it appears to be the same AAJ as what you'd order on the Rubicon.

I do know that jeep.com was wrong on the Rubicon options. It said I could order the 430, but in the updated order guide it showed only 430N/730N, same on the dealer computer.

Re: 2015 Hard Rock and Connectivity Group

I was really confused ordering a willy for the same reason. Connectivity package is included in that one but many sites such as jeep.com still included it.

The max tow package was even more confusing. 3.73 gearing is included in Willys but you could still get Max Tow or regular tow but there was only a cost difference.

The dealer printed out the the standard features sheet and that helped a lot for me.
