2015 Sahara pricing question
A dealer within a reasonable distance offered me a simple deal on any 2015 JK that I wished to order: Invoice price, minus 1/2 of holdback, minus any promotions that I qualify for (Military $500 and certificate $500--if those apply to 2015)---and the dealer said he would not require a deposit to place my order. The pricing on what I desire is as follows (including $995 dest charge):
Sahara, auto, 3.73, trac lock diff, remote start, slush mats, dual (black) tops, supplemental airbags, alpine premium audio, bluetooth, and trailer tow. MSRP $35,620, invoice $33,424.
Selling price is computed as follows $33,424 minus $600 holdback (a little more than 1/2), minus $500 military, minus $500 certificate for a total of $31,824 plus TTL (assuming the $500 military and $500 certificate apply). That seems like a good deal. any thoughts?
Also, on the printout, there are 3 numbers: HB 1,039 (I assume that is holdback), FFP 33,165, and EP 31,828. What do FFP and EP mean?
I appreciate any input or suggestions. I used this site in purchasing my 2012 JGC Overland and it was VERY helpful!
