Re: 2015 Wrangler Information Thread

Good news on Plum Crazy. Hopefully saddle brown leather will be available on Hard Rock.

Re: 2015 Wrangler Information Thread

I thought Pat confirmed no saddle on the hard rock....

These comments keep me from ordering, and I'm never sure if they are based on inside knowledge or just wishful thinking.

My comment on the Red is wishful thinking...just a nudge for any updates as it's all I'm waiting for

I've been told no saddle on Hard Rock, also the decision on Plum Crazy will be made no later than 07/11/14. So far Plum Crazy has only been talked about on a Special Edition only.

Other news, the hood decal Milous posted is available thru Mopar to order. Mopar will be releasing their own lift kit this summer, completely engineered by Mopar with Fox shocks being the only off the shelf item used. I've heard price will be under $1000 for the kit, keeping it competitive with TF and AEV (2.5 - 3 inch).

Re: 2015 Wrangler Information Thread

Tank is looking very nice! And I'm thrilled to hear it's already open for ordering in Canada. What are the chances of the HRR opening up here in Canada too? Should I hold out waiting to order one? Or go ahead and order JKUR in Tank without the Hard Rock package? Decisions, decisions... Any insight would be helpful!

Re: 2015 Wrangler Information Thread

What models are the black steel wheels available for? Option or standard?

Re: 2015 Wrangler Information Thread

Hydro Blue is still my favorite color, but lots of exciting colors this year. The Yellow, orange and hydro look great! Even Tank looks like it has potential.

But that green or the copper color look interesting, I also started to paid more attention to the Willis wheeler W model, but still don't completely understand the differences with the Sahara, because it has similar electronics, the suspension is performance instead of heavy duty ( like the rubicon???) but it is based in the sport model. I suppose I need to get more familiar with the options to understand this model better. In any case I subscribed to the tread and glad to be here and see all your comments and sparks and flames of valuable information.

Thank you all.

The blazing saddle bronz copper whatever color might be as close as we get to a tan/sand/brown.

Regarding the Willys Wheeler, it's a Sport based special edition offered in 2 different trim levels. The more expensive one is basically the Sport S with the Willys Wheeler options. The Willys adds Rubicon rock sliders, wheels (in black) and tires, along with 3.73 gears, a rear limited slip differential, connectivity package, a black grill, and some stickers. A lot of people knock it as another goofy sticker package, but honestly, compared to previous special editions, it offers quite a bit for the money.

Thanks Pat! Any idea how the Jeep's warranty would be affected by a Mopar-designed lift and does an authorized installer (Jeep dealer?) have to do the work to keep the warranty?
