I have a 2015 Hard Rock. The MOPAR door does not lock. I bought a MOPAR locking gas cap from the parts dept for a reasonable price. For around $90 and $60 labor you can get one keyed to you ignition key. Sounds nice but too rich for me!

Mine didn't "come" with the recovery kit either, but when I asked the parts dept about it they said that they are supposed to put it in the Jeep when it is prepped for sale but that it doesn't always happen. He handed me the box with the kit an made a notation with my name and the vehicle ID. Ask your dealer.

Re: 2015 Wrangler Information Thread

I'm assuming it's a factory mis print but I had to ask, are they really going to start putting a low gloss black grill with high gloss inserts in the hard rock? I know I've seen some pictures of the hard rocks and they have just a painted grill. Attachment 3 pdf in the hard rock description is where I seen it.

This statement in the pdf seems to be a pretty deliberate statement.

The 2015 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon Hard Rock edition carries forward the capability-enhancing
features of the 2014 Rubicon X package, and adds the nine-speaker Premium Alpine audio
system and a new Low Gloss Black grille with High Gloss Black inserts.

The question becomes, why wasn't such on the "early" Hard Rocks?

I hope this is a mistake in the brochure. The black grill is a WW thing, no? Looks like I may be in the market for a body color grill...

Being an error could very well be it. Jeep doesn't seem to like to do any sort of fact-checking nor proof-reading on its announcements, guides, and website. We might have to wait for some future description to see if such sticks or not.

BTW, the black grill is also on the Altitude.

Shouldn't be. Here's a Hemi Orange Challenger in our parking lot. Sunset Orange is supposed to be Hemi Orange:

Re: 2015 Wrangler Information Thread

I'm still confused as to whether the black wheels on the base sport come standard, or if they are an option?
