I keep my roof pannel bag in the storage compartment. I would hate to loose that.

Hemi Orange was available on the 08 Challenger SRT8 when it debuted.

I have the problem with emails as well. I search for a while and notice you have to set the notification for individual subscribed thread. Once that is done, things are working fine.

I have looked up Hemi Orange on another site. The color is more close to crush.

Some random thoughts:
  1. Maybe it's an option.
  2. It's oval - an unusual shape for a subwoofer. What if it goes bad? It's almost a proprietary piece. In other words, you can't easily put an aftermarket one in its place.
  3. How will my yet-to-be-purchased floor liner work with this on my yet-to-be built 2015 JK? I suppose it would just be covered up.
  4. On the other hand, one would think it would be easy to retrofit a 2012-14 style subwoofer into a 2015.
  5. It doesn't matter that much...getting a dark green Rubicon outweighs the subwoofer!

When I talked to my salesman at the dealership he didn't think they would put a diesel in the Wrangler for some time. He pointed to the fact that they have the really small cars that are really fuel efficient simple to offset the gas guzzlers.

Didn't even think about my floor liner.

I think my 2014 Granite Rubi X is about perfect, only thing on the factory wish list would be an updated Nav unit. I don't even need something as big as what is going in the WK2's, just a modern UI that can do something as simple as display album art from the source instead of some crazy built in database that is years behind.

I am interested to see the green color as well as possibly Hyrdo Blue on a Rubi X. Think someone could do a cool Capt America or Superman theme with something like that. For some reason I really dug the Superman Power Wagon concept a few years back. I know Hyrdo is much brighter but I could still picture it.

A green that one could do something close to the JK8 concept would also be cool.

Also interested to see if they discontinue Granite as it would be nice to have a one year only color.

Looks more like a production J8, which is the Egyptian build Mil-Spec version of the JK available overseas

First post. I am real familiar with Challengers and Hemi Orange is noticeably darker and more intense than Crush (if Header Orange on Challengers and Crush are the same paint code). I'll try to post a picture of both colors on a Challenger in the same pic (or try a search).

Also not wild about the sub's placement, but as i generally don't go around blaring my music for all and sunder to grudgingly share, I'd probably clip the wires, yank it out and put storage in that space.

Also is the Willys Wheeler 100 percent confirmed to return? If I place an order for a 2014 today, can I shift it over to a 2015 if the new colors knock me out (without leaving the dealer in a bind)? What would likely be the time frame I would need to do this in? Thanks.

re: 2015 Wrangler JK Information Thread

Just ordered a 2014 Willys Wheeler 2 door with half doors. It wouldn't let us select Firecracker Red. Anyone know what's up with that? I was literally a coin flip between that and Hydro Blue. Can't think of any color I'd take over either of those.........except maybe an awesome green? Any news on that front?
