That's how I felt, it's a night and day difference between the 2014 and 2015 system. I held off giving my opinion only because I'm not a total audiophile.

My dealer stood tall and knocked a little off the price (I had not originally been charged for the 4:10's due to the glitch) - enough basically that when added to what the option would have cost ($441 dealer invoice) covers my $999 cost for re-gearing AND I can go higher (4:56's or 4:88's) to better compensate for 35" tires. Soooo, I'm taking the inbound jeep and excited again. Big props to the dealer too for making good on it (I don't totally blame them given that we/I knew of the glitch and they just went off the system as best they could). I would be happy to share who the So Cal dealer is but via PM out of respect for all the helpful dealers on the board. Now let's get that train down the tracks!

Joe
That's cool the dealer helped out with a price adjustment. Now you can think of going with even larger tires and not be limited by 4.10s, lol!

Congrats, Billet brother!

CA or WA, the race is on!

Have you been able to physically verify which you actually have? The 3.73 or the DM8 (aka 4.10) axle ratios?

What does the Torx tool kit look like?

Is there any trade-off by getting the Alpine Prem Audio with a U130 as opposed to U430? I don't think so but don't know. Glad to hear its sounding better.

I'm about to put an order in and have had too much time to overthink everything. Luckily the Willys takes a lot of the decisions out of my hand, with only added options Prem Soft Top, Supp AirBag, and maybe Alpine Prem Audio (if I even have a choice to NOT add it?)
