Looks awesome Mike. I grew up in PL. My first Jeep test drive was to OB.

Can you all comment on this?

I like the look and maneuverability of the two-door, but having three kids and the occasional need to pile a lot of stuff into the back of the Jeep makes the four-door a necessity. The extra room in the four-door makes better sense for me. Of course, the longer wheelbase of the four-door does make the ride much smoother, less like a buoy in a rough ocean.

What method are people using to remove the small manufacturing stickers and remaining sticky residue from the wheels and tires on a factory ordered Jeep that wasn't detailed at the dealership? I tried everything even goo gone and could never find a product that completely removed the sticker residue from my 2012 factory rims. Would like to be prepared when my new one arrives.

Does anyone know if the huskyliner floormats from my 2012 will work in the 2015? I was looking in Quadratec and they state that 2014-2015 floormats are unique and an "unsafe condition" can result from the use of other mats. What changed from 2013-2014 to cause this?

I agree that the price difference from a base to a HR a Rubicon is probably worth it if you like/need/want the bumpers and hood (plus wanted all other things that are standard with the HR). The only reason I didn't was because you can not get saddle leather on the HR. Have to get black and I wasn't into it. Not saying it looks bad, because it doesn't. Just really wanted the saddle leather.

I really like the saddle but also the hood on the HR. I went with the HR today in yellow.

Two carpet keeper hooks vs. one on the '14/'15s.

+1

Really wanted the HR but in West Texas black seats would be brutal. I needed the Saddle Pleather.

OK folks....Ive gotten several pm's from members concerned that I was hacked or my account was hacked! THIS IS NOT TRUE or WHAT HAPPENED! The offending user just had a SIMILAR username to me!

ScottinaO6-offender
Scottina06-me

Who can spot the difference????

Ok its easy....he used a capital O...the letter O or o. I use the number 0...or zero. See the difference now?

Now on to the emails....

Look at them...they are where you are subscribed to a thread the offender posted that BS in. It was a new post.....so you got the email NOTIFICATION! It was a notification automatically generated when the thread you were SUBSCRIBED too...got the new offending post. That's it!

JeepGarage is the most safe forum on the net! How often do you guys see spam? That's right...never! We are certified by Norton, Mcafee and others. They check it many times daily. So please...don't believe the hyped lies being spread at wranglerforum etc. Its all BS and the offender was probably one of their employees. Who knows???? So enjoy!

I had a 2013 2-door for a while. The thing that bugged me the most was that there wasn't a split-folding rear seat. So, if you have more than 1 passenger, the only real storage space you get is the other half of the rear seat. I was having to put 2 kids in the rear seat and a hockey bag in the front seat, as the bag couldn't go in the back with a the seat being used, even if it's just by one person.

It is also relatively difficult to get into the rear seat. Make sure you check one out and try it yourself before making a decision.

I do prefer the looks of a 2-door myself, and I'm not sure if I would ever get a 4-door. But, in terms of practicality, the 2-door is weak. I guess you'll need to think about how you will be using the vehicle.
