Yeah, I had been reading some horror stories about being stuck in "I" status. Yeah, I'd rather they find something before it leaves the plant and they fix it. Still pretty exciting though. Getting the wrenches ready!

No. But I do have a tank WW with half doors and a soft top. Looks great. Tank is another color that you have to get out in the sun to appreciate.

Besides the $ increase, what does "AHQ: Max Tow" give you over "AHT: Trailer Tow" ?

The hitch and 3.73 gears. But it was only for 4 doors. There was not a max tow package for 2 doors.

Hi, I'm new here and I have finally decided (well 99%) what I want and am ready to order my first Jeep.

Can anyone recommend a dealership/salesperson in Pennsylvania (preferably eastern half of PA and not in Philly) that is good to work/order with? Having never ordered a vehicle before, I'm sure utilizing the right dealership would make the process a little easier (and hopefully cheaper).

Thanks in advance for any suggestions/recommendations.

BTW, I'm 99% decided on Tank, but I'm trying to see one in person before ordering.

Got it....so in short the guts of the tow packages for both the Unlimited ( AHT: Trailer Tow) and 2-Door (AHQ: Max Tow) remain the same except a $50 price increase for both. Just wanted to make sure I fully understood and wasn't missing any possible hardware/mechanical changes.

Does the following come standard on all Wranglers or only included with "tow packages":
1) trailer sway control ?
2) electronic stability control ?

Also aren't these (although minor) included with the "tow packages":
1) Slightly stiffer springs ?
2) SAE 75W-140 gear oil (instead of SAE 80W-90)

Got Jeep Wednesday night. Had to go back and get wiper blades to stop in their correct point. No biggie. Great vehicle. Here's a pic for those that like maximum Anvil. Remember if you have a Hard Rock that you get a recovery kit with Warn straps, gloves, etc. It doesn't come in the vehicle, the dealer gives it to you. Happy Labor Day Weekend and thanks to the efforts of everyone that makes JeepGarage such a great source of information.

Poll: Did you order your Tank with black fenders and top or body colored and why?

I ordered mine with black top and fenders because I would probably scratch the hard top taking it on and off and black would be easier to conceal any of my miscues. Fenders are easier to replace when you don't need to get them painted. Just my thoughts.

Almost forgot to add, if I purchase an Ursa Minor J30 top, the black is easier to sell.

Body colored because I think it looks nicer and more "finished", but it's personal taste. If I was going to be hitting hardcore trails with it I would have went with the black because it's easier to conceal damage or replace (fenders).

I ordered a 2 door Tank Hard Rock with black fenders and soft top. My reasons are I like the contrast the fenders give with the paint, also I can go aftermarket fenders down the road without feeling like I wasted painted fenders. I went with a soft top only for the fact its not my daily driver, will be garage kept and I live in North Carolina. Summers will pretty much be spent with no doors and a spydershade and winters will be fine with the soft top. I like the cold and a good hoodie with heated seats will suit me just fine.

The biggest reason is I like the look of the black fenders and top more than the painted.
