re: 2015 Wrangler JK Information Thread

Is there a link where I can keep an eye out for the new mopar lift? I still haven't settled on which one I will install, and I'm waiting to see the new one.

Gorgeous! Just like mine on the way, except the painted fenders.

Enjoy!

Baja Yellow looks like Dozer on that site and I am viewing on a profiled monitor. What a disappointment as I know it won't look like this in real life.

Oh well. I'll keep waiting.

Pat posted a pic of a Baja at his dealership and it looked nothing like Dozer. I trust that pic over the photoshopped ones.

Like Dusty said, Baja is looks nothing like Dozer. I should have mine HR Baja here in a week or so. I will post pics once it gets here. The one that Pat posted and the preproduction 2 door that was for sale looked nothing like Dozer. The photo shopped pic that some dealers have looks very bad. I had one sales guy tell me that it was real.

I've already had a silver TJ so I don't really want another or a silver based color, I don't particularly like reds/oranges/yellows and black/white are black and white. Tank is cool, but I've driven enough tanks..... tan ones, green ones, camouflaged ones, even a couple that were some kind of whitish pink (they were scrounging to cover up the dark green/black woodland camo with whatever they could find in Saudi Arabia).

I'd like to see that brown with black fenders and a black soft top/roof and also see it in person to see how metallic and gold it really is.
I'd like to take ownership before I leave NY for the winter (after Thanksgiving) but that color is on a delay for 3 more weeks IIRC and the chances of local dealers having one to see in person is about zero as black/white/red/silver seem to be all they keep in stock here.

I had that same feeling initially after seeing the brochure I was like, dammit not again, however in reality it looks nothing like it.... Its not quite as bright as Detonator Yellow, but it looks good to me.

In my opinion, and of course I'm biased, that is a freakin perfect balance of yellow!!

Casual observers, what's your take??

I tend to think of a Root Beer color has having a gold undertone. Rugged Brown, at least in that pic, looks more like chocolate.

A link to here might be your best bet. I am sure that either Milous or Pat will post news as soon as there is anything reliable to tell.

I just wish it was more like so, but, I will take it over Dozer lol.

I think the benefit of Baja being a bit darker, you can creative with wheel choices, the white steelie look, might work.
Don't mind the FJ
