Waiting for my new JKUHRR!!
2 ways to do this:

1. Business name only but you will have to show proof you own the company.

2. Business name and your name on the title and paperwork.

Void is the wrong word to use, I think that's where a lot of the confusion starts. There are only a couple of things that will void a warranty, tampering with the odometer and when a vehicle has been deemed a total loss due to an accident.
I'm not 100% what the correct answer is when it comes to Chrysler flagging a vehicle. In the 14 years or so that I have been selling CJDR products, I only know of one vehicle that had been flagged by Chrysler.
I'll see what I can find in writing about this.

If you're titling it in the company name for the tax deduction, make sure you document that business usage is over 50%. Can't count commuting miles as business usage either.

If it's genuine Mopar it doesn't void your vehicle warranty.

Is a lift considered a "performance part". These are not covered in the way described in the .pdf (though it does state that there may be coverage, albeit different than stated).

Pat or others - Will a 2" lift kit look odd with stock wheels/tires?? I'd really like to keep the stock wheels - I just like how they look - but would like to have the truck a bit higher and remove the rake. Thanks....

Excited to join everyone here that is waiting on their wrangler order. Just placed mine this afternoon!

Anyone know when the next allocation is supposed to open up?

IMO, yes. We just did a 4 door sahara today and it's sitting on stock wheels/tires. I'll take pics tomorrow and post them for you.

Lift Kit part number does begin with a "P".

Definitely check with your insurance agent before you go that route.

That makes sense. No problem though since we already have about 10 or so on it and incrementally it is no big deal and it is easier to expense that way.

Thanks

Void is the wrong word to use, I think that's where a lot of the confusion starts. There are only a couple of things that will void a warranty, tampering with the odometer and when a vehicle has been deemed a total loss due to an accident.
I'm not 100% what the correct answer is when it comes to Chrysler flagging a vehicle. In the 14 years or so that I have been selling CJDR products, I only know of one vehicle that had been flagged by Chrysler.
I'll see what I can find in writing about this.

Perfect. I will go the 1st route.

Thanks

Pat, I'm confused and hoping you can shed some light. I'm looking at the window sticker for the Sahara X that you have on your lot and it states as part of the 24x package that heavy duty steel rear bumper and also a winch ready front bumper are included.
The pictures clearly show that it is the regular normal bumpers that and on the vehicle.
Is this just another case of Jeep not proof reading thing?

All the other pics (see page 475 of this thread) of the domestic Sahara X's have the stock bumpers in black too.

IMHO, the sticker is yet another example of bad proof reading, as you suggest.
