I have a question about spacers. I want to eventually do a 2.5" lift, wheels and 35" tires but in the interim, would 1.5" spacers make the stock wheels and lift look more aggressive? Any thoughts on a cheap solution like this? Thanks!!!
Rubicons are already lifted 1/2. But I would say yes! it would look better.

I plan on staying almost completely stock for many years, but wheel spacers are on the very short list of MODS, as they make the stance more aggressive (and better IMO) for about $100.

The only other items I plan on adding are the hard top headliner (save $200 by not ordering from factory, same one and installs in less than 30 minutes) and a stubby/shorty antenna ($16)...

Adding a back-up camera to the 430 is something I'd also like to do, but moding electronics scares me. I wish this was just included like almost every other vehicle sold today (especially ones that cost $40k).

It all depends on if I break down and do a lift and 35"s or not. Otherwise I'll stick to spacers, stubby antenna, security for the cargo area, tube half doors, and headlights. Also will add some plastidip to various chrome parts/hinges and matte black USMC stickers to further militarize it.

I want to do a backup cam too since I have learned to rely on them completely lol but I'll probably do a full new Pioneer headunit when I do.

Hey Archer, I hope you and your colleagues have a good holiday weekend, and then come in on 9/2 ready to make one sweet Baja JKS for me!

I'm just going stock w/spacers too. It really looks good even with the stock wheels/tires.

Headlights...yeah I forgot about that one...that is probably on the list too.

Just found out that my Tank JKUR is in Paint!

I thought production on Tank didn't start until 9/2...but I'm not going to complain.

re: 2015 Wrangler JK Waiting Room

So after many failed attempts at getting info on my Jeep using the VOTS hack, I finally called Jeep and found out that I am in D1 and they gave me my VIN! Pretty excited, at least now I am assured they are aware of my order and it will be processed soon! Btw, ordered 2dr tank on 8/16.

The Rubicon Hard Rock editions have a 1/2" lift (10A springs) but the regular Rubicons do not.

Got Jeep Wednesday night. Had to go back and get wiper blades to stop in their correct point. No biggie. Great vehicle. Here's a pic for those that like maximum Anvil. Remember if you have a Hard Rock that you get a recovery kit with Warn straps, gloves, etc. It doesn't come in the vehicle, the dealer gives it to you. Happy Labor Day Weekend and thanks to the efforts of everyone that makes JeepGarage such a great source of information.
