The rubicon is built more to rock crawl, something you are not doing at over 10 mph. In situations like the, the lockers can come in handy.

2016 Willys vs Rubicon?

I would argue that even if you are rock crawling a willys or sport is a better option in many cases.....for the price difference you could buy a rock jock 44 with arb and have much more HD setup.....

And even the 4.11s aren't great if you upgrade to 35s - so the lower gears are wasted.....
