I'd like the RHR except for the leather seats and the extra rock slider. I don't like getting mud on my pants every time I get in & out of the Jeep. I've bashed the Rubicon slider on my Jeep several times & never slid off and mashed the sheet metal.
I'm not huge on the leather either, but I feel the best of both worlds are seat covers for when you plan on being rough on the seats or getting dirty, and if you're not going to be open topped for a while and want the seat heaters to work better, pull off the covers...

The bars on the side stick out a lot less than some others I've seen, but those nice tight ones are pretty nice. Maybe a trade opportunity there with somebody that wants the extra tube on the slider and will trade you for their rubicon sliders?

Seems a little silly to try to justify so much wasted money on a $40k + rig, but seems to be the best way to get it the way Jeep restricts combinations. ...and of course this all assumes a RHR can be had in Xtreme Purple. That's going to be our issue- if the purple only comes on a model I'm going to have to spend a bunch of time/effort essentially turning it into a RHR...

I understand and concur. I'm also concerned about the Purple being available for the Rubi.

Have you seen any mohave sand come through on check builds yet?

Also, unrelated question to all. On the Rubicon, not HR, do they come with the "strongest" (quotes for the realization this isn't a linear and simple thing to measure) springs available or do you need to get the tow package to get the "strongest" rear springs?

Get me the same picture with some BFG Mud Terrains and black flares and I'll know I'm ordering a second 2016 Jeep Wrangler.

No. Because I already spent $46,000 on a 2016 Wrangler. There's going to have to be another $46,000 spent on wranglers this year...

re: 2016 Wrangler JK Information Thread

Attached is Anvil vs Rhino touch up paint, I put them next to by Black Sport S for reference. Lighting is daylight, but in my garage. I also attached a picture of a colleagues Anvil Sahara to give reference. Rhino looks extremely dark, it will be extremely difficult to discern from black, however, Anvil touch up pain looks much darker than the paint on a real JK. I have a feeling Rhino will be lighter than the touch up but darker and less blue than Anvil, but that is just a guess. I wonder if Archer Ace could snap a pic of a test Rhino for all of us that are dying to know what it will look like?

BTW, Anvil is the lighter of the two.

Attached is another shot in bright sunlight. I also put some on a charcoal colored paper to give reference of how dark Rhino looks. I will be very disappointed if it is just a shade lighter than black. I will try to post a comparison next to GCM for those interested.
