re: 2016 Wrangler JK Information Thread

Hey, everyone, new to forum, and look forward to joining the jeep community. Was wondering if anyone has any info on the Altitude edition. Any word on if they bringing this back for 2016? I really liked that model in 2015, but seems like it is not coming back.

If not-going to pull the trigger on GCM Unlimited

Wasn't Hydro also only on the Freedom Edition in 2014? In 2015 you could get it on the other trims.

You don't remember the 10A, and its exclusive Anvil color; at least for as long as the 10A was around.

My current "double-check" list is as follows.

• Torx kit
• Freedom Top bag
• Floor mats (do you still get carpet ones with the all-weather ones?)
• Grab handles (what specific ones does this refer to?)
• Garment hooks
• Tow strap kit (is this the trail kit?)

If anyone could please let me know if any of those are wrong or being confused with something else that would be awesome!

The Floor mats is a good question. We got a Rubicon Hard Rock and the seated positions only have the rubber slush mat, the rear has carpet.

For the rest, we got it all but I had to remind the salesperson he owed me the trail kit (snatch strap, D-rings, gloves, and bag for storage).

On mine, I got only the tire-tread all weather mats for the front and rear seating rows. The standard reversible carpet/rubber mat was in the cargo area.

Afterward, I personally bought carpeted mats for the front and rear seating rows (summer use), and I bought a tire-tread mat for the cargo area (winter use).

If the buyer doesn't have the Trial Kit in their Hard Rock or Willys, ask your salesperson to check the dealer's parts dept. They tend to end up being stored there.

We'll see, SeaJay. It still has to be ratified. We probably won't hear any details until Sunday.

It's more like a Back Road... It is Sahara based.

Remember anvil was originally on the 10As only.

Copperhead on the Rubicon X was open for ordering for only around 1 week. Might be the rarest color combo ever made?
