Oh yeah....the Mopar LED (J W Speaker style) headlights too!

Seriously, I haven't seen one yet. I'm assuming that since it's an old color they may not run any test vehicles

Archer-
You need to kick those paint robots in the nuts! There have been several 2015+ coming through with shoddy paint around the hinges.

(I know you've seen most of these on the other forum.)

Yes, its different. It is "aftermarket" Katzkin leather, and the color is more of a gray color (not really black).

Please explain.

How do the seats come from the factory and where are the aftermarket covers installed?

Mine are: *AL Leather Trimmed Bucket Seats.

Are those factory or aftermarket?

I will be pissed if I get "gray" leather.

re: 2016 Wrangler JK Information Thread

If you select "Premium Sound and Leather" that's when you get the "aftermarket" Katzkins. If you selected the "Leather Trimmed Bucket Seats" you get the assembly line leather seats.

Some folks have been dissatisfied with the look of the premium Katzkins and many have said that there are more options if you have Katzkins installed actually aftermarket. You can select color options (even two tone I think) etc and have more control over the finished product.

Selecting premium sound and leather gets you one leather option which appears more gray than black and some folks have been disappointed by that.

It really comes down to, did you order the "Mopar Premium Sound and Leather" option, which is what @exrub was asking about?

If so, then they are indeed "aftermarket" leather, which I believe @ArcherAce mentioned leave the factory to go straight to an outside vendor who installs the Katzkin leather covers.

And yes, they are indeed more gray than black in color. From @Lysol over in WF...

Why can't they catch the paint defects at inspection? Do they not care? How often do those defects occur? I have a JK on order and would rather get one fully painted.
