Don't we all paint them to match the exterior anyway?

I like the black more than the silver bits they usually use. I'll keep on waiting though.

Now...where's that 75th info?

This year they went for the bumpers. It was last year that they went for the hood.

I thought the accents were in Diesel, not Piano?

If they've replaced the chrome trim with black that's a huge plus. Never understood the reasoning behind a topless 4x4 with chrome in the interior. And let's face it... the purple looks badass. Not a fan of the body color top mind you... but man, I think the color itself is killer. Dig the bumpers too!

Maybe I haven't had enough of my coffee yet this morning, but I can't seem to find a thread called "2016 Wrangler engine break in", or anything like that, here in the Wrangler section.

re: 2016 Wrangler JK Information Thread

Need a quick turn around on this.

Did they change the rails on the Rubi & HR?? My sales guy just told me they stick out much farther than the older ones. I was going to have them move my ACE sliders over but now not sure.

Anyone got opinion about the 2???

I don't see anything different about the rails on my 2016 Rubi HR than on previous Rubicons or Hard Rocks I have seen.

I don't believe so.

Mopar Rock Rails (Rubicon):

Mopar Enhanced Rock Rails (Hard Rock):

Rubicons have the standard rails. Rubicon HR, BB, etc have the "enhanced rock rails". At least I think that's what they're called. They have an addition bar that comes out similar to the ace rock sliders. They can act as a bit of a step.
