You shouldn't see them, so I say buy the blue ones and paint them pink (or maybe a hot pink/Barbie pink digital camo) with purple polka dots.

Alternatively, get the black ones and then paint them with yellow to look like Daisies.

Seriously, they should come with thread lock, but you'll want to get a torque wrench, because you'll have to do the install yourself (tire shops usually won't touch spacers because they don't want the liability). Just get the Harbor Freight model...with a coupon should be less than $10 and it's one of the most reliable torque wrenches on the market.

I kept the grill black, but the dealership painted my tow hooks, Jeep emblem and all the silver pieces inside with plum crazy.
Wow! That looks fantastic! I have seen vans wrapped but never a jeep. Will the wrap hold up if you are out and about on the mountain trails. I don't know anything about the process or the material. But it has me thinking of all kinds of possibilities.....

I couldn't agree more! I am ready to pull the trigger once I know how the 75th compares to the HR and the BC. And where has Milous been? He's disappeared.

Lol.
Shhhh.... Milous is like Santa Claus. He sees all and he knows all. He's also a bit like Batman as he drops in at just the right time and saves the day!
Picture a huge eye in the sky peering out from between the clouds in Toledo... watching every movement of Jeepers world wide. That my friend is Milous!

How different is different? They aren't beadlock rims as being speculated, are they?

I always thought he was more of an Anonymous Hacker. He spends 10 minutes a day hacking info from Jeep and feeding it to this website just to pay for his Mountain Dew addiction.

Or he actually works for Jeep, is not he, but a she. She is part of the Potential Customer Research And Development InterNet Team (PCRADINT), where she is tasked with leaking trivial information and categorizing responses. Knowing that it takes several years to release a new color, this is why she began teasing us with plum crazy years ago

Milous is like Zeus: heaving Jeep thunderbolts upon the cowering, scrambling, awestruck newbie masses.

And he's not a chick.

re: 2016 Wrangler JK Information Thread

I have not been stocking this thread as much as usual lately so forgive me if it has been posted before - Does anyone know when the next allocation date is? I have placed my order but there is a restriction on it. Also, if it can't be placed until the next allocation date & there is another price increase am I stuck for that increase as well?

Are you attempting to order something that's not available yet? Or is it that your dealer has sold all of this allocation for this month?

Until someone posts something more specific, figure each allocation starts about a week into the new calendar month.

I don't believe the FCA price protection kicks in, until you have actually placed an accepted order, regardless of what might be causing the delay.
