IMO, I would get the W package, you'll be glad you have it and keeps your wife happy, that alone is worth the extra cost.

My two... if it's to be your vehicle get what you like. If it's to be a family vehicle compromise is always the way to go.

I'll be the one using it as my daily driver (LOTS of miles - 38 each way to work). I have a feeling her Outback will see a lot less family travel on the weekends. Unless, of course, Subaru comes out with a convertible option...

If I had to take an educated guess, sarge green would be based off the J8 concept. This could be why it was code named hyper green which may or may not see the light of day! The color pallets also point to this color.

I really need to see what the 75th anniversary is going to look like. I need a vehicle and want to make the proper decision... Come on Jeep get with it already!

What did they do with the Dragon seats and under hood?

After the first time installation, it is a relatively easy, one person job to lower and or raise the soft top and only takes a couple of minutes each time.

Tip: DO NOT use paper towels or Windex type stuff to clean the soft top windows. Paper towels will scratch the windows. A soft, clean wet rag with water works well. NOTHING abrasive in the soft top windows! NEVER use a dry rag. Also, after the windows are clean, I use Lemon Pledge furniture polish with another clean rag. Works well and helps prevent dust from sticking to the plastic windows.

I can concur on using Pledge. We use it and microfiber cloth (600) on aircraft windows which are even more costly to replace than a jeep panel.

That's a post from like 6 months ago, and a lot has changed since. The Dragon Edition came to mind because of the only hint offered about the 75th Anniversary Edition was that it would have bronze accents.

While the dragon leather seats could not be re-used, I am not sure what you mean by under the hood. The Dragon Edition had the same drive train as any other Wrangler. I mean, none of the special editions have offered something unique under the hood (though I do like to joke about a Wrangler R/T with a hemi coming out of Toledo ).

Mojave is looking more brown than tan. Certainly not the color of sand.
