re: 2016 Wrangler JK Information Thread

Before Sarge, Milous mentioned an additional 2016 green offering of Recon, which was to be very close to, or a reintroduction of, Shale Green (2000-05). Fiat's Verde Toscana is darker than Shale, but maybe Sarge is the Recon idea renamed after all (or a tweaked version of the same idea)? Either that, or Jeep and Fiat are going to have two different PGG's.

Shale

Verde Toscana

(And yes, Walt, this is still purely speculation on my part )

So "Toscana" means "Sarge" in Italian? I got the verde part...

Unfortunately, I have found that colors shown on Cars.com, and even the photo-shopped colors in Jeep.com, to never be all that accurate. For example, on that attachment, I don't think that what is shown for Mojave Sand is even close. Does anyone?

If that's Sarge, what a disappointment.

IMHO Sarge Green is going to be more like olive drab, the same color of the original Jeep.

Agree. All of those colors look darker than what they really are. Heck, white looks more like Billet than Billet does lol.

re: 2016 Wrangler JK Information Thread

I would love to see Anvil & Rhino next to each other. Of all the pictures I've seen so far the 2016 Rhino looks really similar to Anvil (Which I love) with certain lighting, other times it looks significantly darker.

Prime example this is Rhino Cherokee... here to me looks on the lighter side..

Next photo of the same vehicle looks way darker...

Another...

Now the only Wrangler I've seen in Rhino Clear coat same thing.. This picture the color looks lighter...

Same car but this looks some what darker...

These photo's below make Rhino clear coat seem very dark...

This one below makes Rhino clear coat on the 2016 look really really dark...

So why am I comparing it to Anvil, because I love Anvil which I've seen in person several times & so far in person I haven't viewed Rhino... Decisions decisions.
