Tank wasn't available for a few months last spring. Then they brought it back for a few months in the new model year. There was a color a while back that they only offered for a day (I wish I could remember where I read that. I think Starbrite was the one that said it.)

They still sell them, as long as it corresponds with the color chart, in fact I saw 2 of them today. Although once again they sell mostly the dark buisness class Wranglers, the kind you would not want to get dirty. These Jeeps look good in a parking lot I guess....Screen Shot 2016-06-26 at 3.14.02 PM.jpgIMG_0180.jpg
A New dealership and the same colors.

BTW there is a back row of Jeeps behind the Jeeps you see here in the exact same color pattern. So there were two of the light tan colors. Not one Purple or Hypergreen. The Sales person who seemed like a good guy said he never saw a XP or Hypergreen. One Gecko was brought in for a trade but sold quickly. Actually the Green Jeep I posted a week ago was most likely the one. I was surprised to see a rhino (first Jeep to the left). That being said I think Anvil looked better as the Rhino was way too dark for my taste. I will admit Anvil look tempting when I did see one months ago.

I think this is a pretty common problem with all Jeep dealerships. The guys making the orders don't seem to be car guys or that in touch with the customer at all. I just bought a 75th GC and we had to order it because none of the 3 dealers in town had a single one. Ours was built in the last month of production, so there had been plenty of time for them to get one. When mine came in several guys saw it in the back lot and tried to buy it. The GM was surprised that they were so popular and lamented that maybe they should have ordered some...

Here are two different dealerships, I will post a third dealership which will have the exact same pattern. Personally I like the white, but come on throw some fun Jeeps in the mix. Those colors they got there are good for a freeway commute, they will blend right in.

The dealers order what sells. For the one or two people that want a standout color there are dozens of people that want a plain color.

If you want a certain color with certain equipment, just order it; that's what I did the last two times I bought a Wrangler.

Yup, that's definitely the way to go.
Lately all I see on the road are a lot of Granite, Black and a ton of Hydro Blue Wranglers. I'm guessing the amount of Hydro Wranglers reflects the fact that it was the only halfway decent color to order in 2016. (If you want some color I guess, along with Hyper and Firecracker) Plus, wasn't it available in '14 and '15 also?
But like the others guys said... if you like it, grab it

After further thought, I figured I should just go to a different dealer and look at the Jeep Grand Cherokee, but white was the only one that stood out for me. Jeep Wranglers were still placed in the same pattern. Those Jeep dealerships are sure sticking to their guns on this one!IMG_0195.jpgIMG_0189.jpgScreen Shot 2016-06-26 at 3.14.02 PM.jpg

Our dealer on the east side has lined them up...red...white...blue...red...white...blue. I think the 4th is coming up.

Oh yes, they are doing that here as well, but they don't have the colors in the Jeep Wranglers, so they must of had to call the Challenger department for a little help. If you look hard enough, you will see another Jeep Wrangler in the background in Black because you can never have too many of those.

LOL!

I had a black Wrangler. It was horrible to keep clean from off-roading. So I just left it dirty.
