To me, Mojave Sand looks similar to Dune, but without the yellow undertones. Mojave Sand is substantially darker than the old Sahara Tan.

Regardless, Mojave Sand appears to be the Wrangler's "military like" color for '16 and thus, taking over Tank's position.

Some changes that I haven't seen mentioned:

- Sahara now features body colour bumper overlays, silver grille throats, and silver headlamp rings

- Sahara standard wheels feature Granite Crystal painted pockets

- Optional Olive Green leather on Sahara

- 730N no longer available

The picture of the Sahara that's cut off in the top part of the picture seems to substantiate the Granite Crystal wheel pockets

I think hyper green or something similar is running around on some newer Jeep Compass's. Just passed one earlier. Looked like it could be that color or similar.

Does that make the only NAV option the 430, or are the rumors of the 8" nav system true? I can't image they'd redo the center stack as production is winding down for the JK.

Hyper could be the same as Sublime metallic used on this year's challenger.
Has it ever happened in the past that Canada and USA offered different color options?

I hope this color is not metallic or pearl. Just plain old tan-ish paint. Can you confirm this?

So if i'm readin' this right it is essentially the same vehicle as the 2015, some color changes and no DI engine?

If that's the case I will be buying one for my daughter. If its a DI engine we'll be hunting for a left over 2015. Please let me know if I understood this thread right. Thanks guys.

It would be a lot more than simply fitting the 8.4A headunits into the Wrangler dash. The 8.4 has its "hands" into everything. For example, it controls the heated seats whereas the Wrangler has physical buttons to do that.

Personally, I would like to see a full color EVIC display.

Don't forget the power train warranty reduction for 2016.
