My worry is that they resort to stickers when there is little-to-no real hardware changes to show off, to differentiate it from its base model.

Maybe the axle change is in the other direction? Not from 44's to 60's, but from 44's to 30's? But it will have stickers!
Agreed. I hope it doesn't have a bunch of stickers... especially corny ones like the stuff on the Recon concept. I don't need a sticker pointing at my door handle telling me "push to open".

I like that the HR only has the subtle red accents. Rarely am I a fan of Jeep's stickers (I'm looking at you Back Country edition).

I saw someone selling the Rubicon hood stickers on craigslist for $15 if you want to fool a non-Jeeper.
Rubicon wheels are dime a dozen as it seems everyone upgrades but the bumpers are more rare and those selling them think they have gold. There is a front bumper in the Chicago CL currently @ $850 if anyone is looking. It has been on there for months at $1K, no takers.

Will Extreme Purple , Acid Yellow , Chief , and Gobi be available for any Rubicon and will it be offered in time for a RHR order?

With a sticker price of $419 each, there is a good chance it is indeed LED.

The HR and the 75th had the "Power Dome" hood. Also at least the 75th has a dana 44 in the rear and "true-loc" (or whatever its called). For me I would not need to capabilities of the HR, The 75th does just fine.

The hours are killing me, PC. How have you been?

I've seen the dinoc for the new HRR. I can't tell how it will look though. I will throw out there that I've heard from a reliable source that there my be an axel upgrade.

The dinoc will be a silhouette of a guy leaning on a wrangler fender surfing the forums.
Been well sir. Have a new month old baby girl in the house so living on caffeine and still taping my eyes open during the day. They got you all slinging them out the door?

Axle update would be interesting, logical step would be the Dana 60 since they have used it in a bunch of the MOPAR builds.

Hang in there bro, holiday break will be here before you know it.

I agree. $838 can buy a nice pair of aftermarket LEDs. In fact you can get the headlights and the fogs for that. I did see the Mopar ones on "sale" for about $558 a pair.

With the Hard Rock ending towards the end of the year and the Recon basically taking its place... makes me wonder if one of these "mystery" special editions we've been hearing about could be Rubicon based instead of Sport or Sahara based.

Yeah but they hold the 4:10 gears in the Dana 44 for the Rubicons. Even if someone doesn't need the capabilities of the HR, if they plan even a modest lift and 35's the 4:10's are a sweet spot.
