That beam cut off looks great. Color temp looks more natural than in other pics that have been posted. Even more excited for the LED headlights. Congrats!

AA stated that this will retrofit to a 2016. Any word whether they will fit in earlier without modifying the wiring?

Were there any changes made in the 2016 headlights, that would make the wiring any different from previous years?

My guess is that they will work. Unless the CAN bus thinks they are burned out.

I would imagine they will work just like other LED options. I have TruckLites on my 2015 and they work great. Just needed an anti flicker harness. I would think the anti flicker is either built in to the new ones or they added the harness somewhere. Pre 2017 will likely need something to avoid the flicker.

I agree, since the LED lights are optional on some models, the anti flicker circuitry is probably built in just as they are on some other units such as the J.W. Speaker LED lights

The flicker is caused by the "signal' that is sent to the headlights. It is not a straight 12 V. It is Pulse Width Modulated (PWM). An incandescent bulb's reaction time is slow so you don't see the flicker. An LED is much fast thus the (potential) flicker. I did just add LED headlights to my 2016 without any special harness and there is no flicker. Could be built into the headlight itself.

Could the vehicle "flash" that's done for the Mopar LED's, be to change the PWM to something like 100%, eliminating the flicker that way?

That sure is possible. My understanding is that the duty cycle of the PWM for non LEDs is at about 80% .

THANKS! It is unbelievable to think it was built as of today, 1 week and 1 day ago (8/24/16)!

Here's a closer look at the lights, Dark Saddle interior in poor garage light with no flash on my ipad and that mean-looking hood!

The dark saddle looks the same as my 2016 75th edition (in Granite). I like the look of the headlights.

Wow, Saguaro, that looks nice. Congrats!

Of course, I have to hate you because now I'm questioning my option choices. That hood is sharp.
