Glad to see our JKs are holding their value, I can't wait to see if the new JL (my initials no less is a worthy update contender for our beloved Jeeps!

I finally settled on the 2.5" AEV lift with geometry correction brackets and 34X10.5X17 KO2s with 1.5" hub centric spacers so I could keep my factory rims. I needed the smallest lift possible since I'm not that tall. I went with the KO2s because they weigh less than KM2s. I like the look and function of the MT much more than the AT. I've seen the damage heavy tires do...it ain't pretty. I'm a big time off-roader and this combo is all I will ever need.

With a name like that ya gotta do it Holly... let the lift wait a year.

Lift is going on this Monday while I'm still here in Denver. I've spent the past 2 days running trails with my Wrangler Forum pals. Tomorrow we are hitting Red Cone...can't wait! I'm sure I'll find a way to get the Professor....I just need to get creative with budget cuts.

Tank is that way too. In fact, he is so dusty right now, I can't even tell he is Tank Green! Pretty sure that's why Dad wanted Mohave Sand for Homer. You'll never see the dirt or dust!

Hey all, first post! Woohoo! (So if the images/links don't work, it'd be helpful to know why and how to fix them!)

Just wanted to throw my two cents in here about the Chief color. Did some research and found this March 24th, 2016 video on YouTube from the TFL Truck guys:

It's the pick up but its called the "Crew Chief" and the color a sick-ass looking metallic military green.

Love hearing all these Colorado reports. I am still so pissed I had to get rid of my 2015. I had visions of revisiting all the trails below in a my JK. I am semi-retired and could do this for at least a month every summer . . .

Plus people in Colorado are totally cool and totally down with all manner of responsible off-roading.

Really budgeting for a new 2017 hard.

Thanks for the reply! I didn't realize you'd still need hub centric spacers to keep your existing rims even with the 2.5" lift. That's why I'm considering the new Mopar beadlocks to avoid spacers after the lift. Do you have any pics of your tank edition with the mods? Curious how the 34/10.5/17 looks with a 2.5" lift vs. 35/12.5/17. Is there a reason why you chose the AEV lift vs. Mopar with the same AEV Geo brackets? Thanks again!

FWIW, Spidertrax hub-centric spacers are widely used throughout the JK community without any problems. Some guy did a stress test on the several years ago and found that they are everything they claim to be. Not to be confused, of course, with cheap Chinese non-hub centric spacers. You can use Spidertrax with absolute confidence, should you choose to go that route.

Or the order banks open with only the carry over colors being available.

Instead of using `https://drive.google.com/open?id=[fileId]`, use `https://drive.google.com/uc?export=view&id=[fileId]`.

Hey everybody, first post here.

I was hoping for a dark green in 2017. I guess I will try to find a Tank 2015-2016 JKU Rubicon with a 4.10 on the used market instead.

I have a 2012 JK Cherry Sport now with only 35k.

Have you tried doing a search of dealerships near you? Expand your search if needed... chances are there's a new 2016 Tank Rubicon out there somewhere with your name on it.
