Backup lights

Looking to purchase some backup lights. Maybe something mounted above the 3rd brake light so that I would be able to use as a work light too. Anybody know if they sell brackets for this?

I haven't seen any that go above the third brake light that aren't a part of an aftermarket tire carrier. There are some that mount to the top surface of the tail lights.

Have you tried brighter bulbs in your stock tail lights? I bought some LEDs that forum member WaltA mentioned and found them to be a huge improvement over stock.

These are them:

New 1200 Lumen 80W 3030 SMD 16 LED White 3157 3047 4157 Backup Reverse Light | eBay

80W equivalence (stock are 27W), and have a projector lens to focus the light so that it travels further.

Re: Backup lights

Going to try the Rigid back up kit and see what happens. I am sure they are going to be amazing I am just not sure how I feel about the look ontop of the tail lights.
