Re: Did it

Awesome, saw a trailhawk in person today and it is leaps and bounds better looking than conventional Cherokees.

Re: Did it

I was planning on 2.5" lift and 35s for my JKUS, but I don't know well enough to really give advice on what's best or what's possible without lift. I'm interested to hear some input from the pros here as well.

Grats on the his/hers. We did the same last year. I got the wrangler and she got a GC limited. We love 'em both, but I did bite the hook and order a '15 JKUR Hard Rock. Trading in the JKUS

Re: Did it

I was told by the sales manager you can fit 33 with minor trimming (an inch or so) of the front air dam

Yes 33 without a lift. A lot comes into play. Like back spacing of the rims.

No trimming is required to fit a 33" tire, however you may experience some minor rubbing. I would recommend a 1.5" leveling kit if you go with a 33" to prevent the rubbing. Below is my 2010 Mountain stock with 33" 285/70R17 Goodyear Duratrac tires.
