Yes, as long as the order is placed before the ticket expires, it will be honored.

Chrysler changed this last year. I ordered 10/14/15 and it expired 10/30. It was honored when I took delivery 11-24-15

Hopefully someone can help me.

I actually startet this quest after reading this thread signing up for promotions at Jeep and Dodge and today got in the mail;

"$1000 Bonus Cash Allowance" for a 2015 Dodge Durango

I almost shreded it however I then read the fine print and noted it said
"(2) Exclusive $1000 Bonud Cash Allowance offer is valid toward the purchase or lease of most eligible new and unused 2015 or 2016 Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram vehicles exlcludes Dodge Dart SE, Chrysler 200 LX, all SRT & Viper Models.

Does anyone know if this indeed is the "Golden Ticket" and will I possibly be able to use it on my Custom Order of a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon Hard Rock?

My build recently updated and said my Jeep will be delivered on 9/20/15 and the Coupon Expires on 10/11/15.

From what I have read, it should be. call the incentives line if you have any questions. I called them on the way to get my ordered wrangler, and they said I had one. I still haven't got notification in the mail. I think their number is 1.888.444.4321.

Hopefully it is. I got a $500 one from Jeep that had a $500 bonus in addition to the golden ticket (that wasn't available for the Wrangler, just the Cherokee). If it is, color me officially jealous for the extra $500 you got!

Like jeep4john said though, calling the incentives hotline would seem to be the best option. They would have it in their system if you were sent one.

The number I have for them is 1-800-227-0757.

Croq has the correct Jeep Incentives number.
Ask if you have any incentives under the Target Direct Mailer (TDM) Program, and then confirm if you can use any/all of it for the Wrangler.

I called and as crazy as this is it will work, I got a $1000 Golden Ticket so long as I get my Jeep before 10/11/15

I have been dancing around the house with my son singing the Willy Wonka Golden Ticket Song

More than one person has stated that FCA updated the Direct Mailer incentive so that a customer only has to place a factory order before the expiration date on the ticket, not take delivery before expiration.

Could you double-check the fine print on your ticket -- and you might want to call back and ask for them to confirm this -- and report back to us.

Maybe the rules are different for the base $500, and the bonus/extra $500 ?

Still hoping and waiting for a golden ticket. so far this week I have got 4
e-mails from Chrysler with codes to take to a dealer and test drive a Chrysler, then they will give me a $50 gift card to Home Depot.

if I get enough of these I might take a few days off and drive around test driving Chryslers then have enough home depot cards to build a garage for my Jeep.

I read the fine print and had it confirmed over the phone I must take delivery by October 11, 2015.

It mentions nothing in the fine print regarding ordering the vehicle.

Keeping my fingers crossed the Jeep passes inspection. One interesting thing is that I have been following my build on this site and it says it will be delivered on 9/20 but when I talked to the Manager at the Dealership that ordered Wrangler for me he said he was getting info stating my vehicle would be delivered on 9/3

I called yesterday as well and was told that my ticket was "sold protected" which meant it just had to be ordered by my deadline of November 2. When I asked the woman specifically the question about ordering she had to put me on hold and find out. Maybe try calling back again in case your delivery were to get pushed.
